What helps most
- Both addresses, including the floor at each end and whether there is a lift
- Roughly how much there is — the loft, the garage, the shed and the beach hut included
- Whether this is a downsizing move, so we can measure the new place too
- Anything heavy, old or fragile — a piano, marble, mirrors, framed work
- How much packing you want done, and whether you need storage between places
- Your date, even if it is still provisional
What happens next
We read it, come back to arrange a survey, and quote in writing afterwards. If anything will not fit at the other end, you will hear it from us before the day rather than on it.
